Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers in their original brand box, ensuring all tags and extra laces are included, then pack that box inside a protective outer shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the authenticity and condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
